Who we are

JS Talent Partners (“we”) is a boutique recruiting firm based in Mexico City, serving clients and candidates in the United States, México, and Latin America. For anything related to this policy, contact jsoledad@jstalentpartners.com.

What we collect

• Candidates: name, email, LinkedIn profile, CV/résumé and the professional information it contains, and your role preferences.
• Employers: name, company, work email, and details about the roles you want to fill.

We collect this only when you submit it through our forms or share it with us directly.

Why we use it

• Matching candidates to current and future searches and presenting them to clients (with the candidate’s knowledge).
• Responding to employer inquiries and scoping searches.
• Basic communication about our services. We do not sell personal data, run advertising with it, or share it with third parties beyond what a specific search requires.

Legal basis and frameworks

For data subjects in México, we process personal data under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP); this policy serves as our aviso de privacidad. For data subjects in the EU/EEA, we follow GDPR-aligned principles: processing based on your consent and our legitimate interest in providing recruiting services you requested.

Retention

We keep candidate profiles while there is a realistic prospect of matching you to a role, and delete them on request. Employer inquiry data is kept for the duration of the business relationship.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO rights under LFPDPPP), or the equivalent GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection), by emailing jsoledad@jstalentpartners.com. We respond within the legally required timeframes.

Service providers

Our website runs on Vercel and transactional email is delivered via Resend; form submissions pass through these providers’ infrastructure. Job applications may link out to HireMundo, which has its own privacy terms.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
